Nathaniel Careem
Mullins
June 10, 2024 – November 11, 2024
Baby Nathaniel Careem Mullins, affectionately known as "Boo'd Up" to those who adored him, graced this world with his presence on June 10, 2024, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Though his time on Earth was brief, his impact was profound, leaving an indelible mark of love and joy on the hearts of all who knew him. On November 11, 2024, Boo'd Up passed away peacefully at Brandon Hospital in Brandon, Florida, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born to Meoshi Mullins and Rodney Williams, Nathaniel was the cherished younger brother of Emmanuel, Miracle, and Makyhlia. His infectious smile and spirited giggles brought endless happiness to his grandparents, Bridgette Mullins/John, Robert Lindsey, Kim Mullins, Sr., and great-grandparents Gloria & Johnny Thompson, and Wilmer Reece Sr. & Joyce. Nathaniel's presence was a blessing and a source of unity for his extended family, including his uncle Kim Mullins, Jr.; his aunt and uncle Marvin & Jessica Reece; his aunt Miesha Reece; and his adoring cousins Dayaa, Big Anthony, Hanorah, Kaleah, Tiesha, JaMaria, Makayla, Shaleshia Walton, Marcus Reece, and Wilmer Reece Jr., among a host of relatives and extended family members.
Boo'd Up's days were filled with the joy of childhood innocence and simple pleasures. He found great delight in watching episodes of the Mickey Mouse Club, his eyes sparkling with wonder and excitement at the colorful adventures of his favorite characters. His laughter was a melody that played in the hearts of those who loved him, a reminder of the pure, unbridled happiness that life can hold.
Nathaniel was the embodiment of love, a tiny beacon of light and warmth in the lives of his family. His funny antics, though few, were enough to bring smiles and laughter, often when they were needed the most. He was adventurous in spirit, eager to explore the world around him with wide-eyed curiosity and an infectious sense of discovery.
In his passing, Nathaniel leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to resonate with all who were touched by his life. Though his time with us was far too short, the memories created during his five months on Earth will be cherished and celebrated for a lifetime. He taught us the profound depth of love, the strength of family bonds, and the preciousness of each moment we share.
As we bid farewell to Baby Nathaniel Careem Mullins, we do so with heavy hearts, but also with profound gratitude for the time we were gifted with his presence. His spirit, a gentle reminder of the beauty and fragility of life, will continue to guide and inspire us. While we mourn the loss of our beloved Boo'd Up, we take solace in knowing that his journey continues beyond the confines of our physical world, and that his light will never fade from our lives.
We honor the joy and love that Nathaniel brought into this world and celebrate the time we were blessed to have him in our lives. As we gather to remember him, we hold each other close, finding comfort in the shared love and memories that Nathaniel gifted us. His story, though brief, is one of profound impact—a reminder to cherish each day, to love deeply, and to find joy in the journey.
Boo'd Up's life, though fleeting, was a testament to the beauty that can be found in each moment and the love that binds us all. He will forever remain in our hearts, a cherished son, brother, grandson, cousin, and source of endless joy. Rest in peace, sweet Nathaniel. Your spirit lives on in the love you've left behind.
