Noah was born on May 13, 1965 in Chicago, IL to Barbara Cook. After high school, Noah served in the United States Army for four years with an honorable discharge. After his years of service, he pursued a career in restaurant management in both Arizona and Florida. In 2008, Noah transitioned to healthcare and began his career at BayCare working in the Health Information Management Department. He was promoted to an HIM Transcription Coordinator in 2012 where he excelled in both technology and customer service.

His hobbies and interests included weightlifting, hiking, and biking. He also loved to cook and entertain for his friends, family, and coworkers. Noah would often volunteer his time in the community, church, and any other places where his support was needed.

Noah is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Cook; and sister, Theresa Cook. He leaves memories with his brothers, Anthony Brown (Mary) and Richard Cook; aunts, Valarie Bryant (Tom); nieces, Sonya Christan, Courtney Sickman, and Juanita Jones; nephews, Shaun Cook (Shanita) and Donald Westmoreland; a host of cousins; best friends, Karol, Cordette, and Miya; and a host of loyal friends and loving coworkers.
