Homegoing services for Mrs. Ora Lee Revels, of Tampa, who passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012, will be held on Saturday, July 7th, 11:00 a.m. at Grace Mary M.B. Church, 3901 N. 37th Street, Elder Thomas Reed, pastor with Rev. Johnny Wright, pastor of First Community Christian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. Ora was born August 30, 1935, in Tampa, FL. She attended First Community Christian Church. She enjoyed doing word find and collecting owls, elephants and beautiful flowers. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories with husband, Franklin D. Revels, Sr.; children, Gail P. Lee and husband, Eric L., Sr., Bernard C. Hadley Sr., and wife, Reba, Debra A. Morris and husband, Harry, Jr., Alvin J. Hadley Sr., and wife Carolyn, Michelle R. Hadley, and Franklin D. Revels, Jr.; grandchildren, Erica N. Lee, Kenya Hadley, Bernard C. Hadley, Jr., Darrin Morris, Alvin J. Hadley, Jr., Adrian Hadley, Sr., Aubrey Hadley, Sr., Angelo Hadley, and Arnita Hadley; great grandchildren, Aanisha Hadley, Amiyah Hadley, Aubrey Hadley, Jr., and Brice Hadley; nieces, Beverly Foote, Diance Moton and husband, OC, Barbara Nelson and husband, Earl, Elaine Mincey and Sharon Allen and husband, Clifford; nephews, Earl Mincey and wife, Karen, Dale Hankerson and Helen Granger; cousins, Linda Hamilton, Theresa Dalancey, Maurice Green, Nelli Smiley, Eloise Leek, Beatrice Snow, Barbara Freeman, Davin Robinson and Mercedes Polite Clayton; friends, Darlene Cowans, Beverly Webb, Frances Pasco, Ruby Williams and husband ( Robert), Lillian Tolbert and husband Rudolph, Lucille Franklin, Betty Devore, Ernestine Davis, and Leola Tillman and many other sorrowing family and friends. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday July 6th from 5 to 8 pm. The family will receive friends from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
