Funeral services for Mr. Oscar J. Wise III of 3805 E. Chelsea Street, who passed away, Wednesday, September 8, 2010, will be held Saturday, September 18th, 2:00 p.m., Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd,. Rev. Albert Davis, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Wise was born September 26, 1952 in Tampa, Florida. He loved his job and he loved his exotic birds. He dedicated himself to Jehovah and family. Mr. Wise was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar J. Wise, Sr. and Grace A. Clayton Wise; brother, Wilbert A. Wise. He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted ex-wife, Dorothy Wise-Robinson; brother, Eddie Wise (Cynthia); sisters, Katie Hutchinson and Ela Wise-Fortilus (Jacques); aunts, Margaret Black and family, Lillian Gates and family, Annie Mae Gates and family, Serena Jones and Family and Betty Wise and family; nieces, Jael (Terry) and Keyatte (Chris); great nieces, Jocelyn and Jazymne; nephews, Eddie, Jacques, Travis Wesley, Kendall and Jerome; great nephews, Jeremiah Jacques III and Derrick, Jr.; close friends, Carl Allen and family, Albert and Donald Davis and family, Rickey Richardson and family, Walter Thomas and family, Greg Davis and family, Bate Davis and family and Josephine Bridges; as a neighbor, Eunice Massey, Harold Evans, the Woodall family, Freementha Huggins and family, Lillian Davis, Geneva Stevenson and family, Rosebud Stevenson and family, Nehemi Jean Baptiste and family, Macon Davis and family, Twanda Robinson, Lionel Jones, Roseland Brown and family, Vann Zeigler, Ethel Mckenzie, Thalia and Andre Sherrill, Lucille Daniels and family, Gloria Mitchell and family and Clemon Ralph and family; and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
