Paul was born, December 31, 1974, in Tampa, Florida, to Paul William Hardy, Jr. and Denise Joyce Allen. Duke Scott, the president of The Bay Area Jaguars of Tampa, said it best when describing Pauls life, "Paul was a beloved figure in the community. He was not only a dedicated mentor and coach, but also a great leader who touched the lives of countless individuals, including children. His passion for sports, commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to the development of young minds has left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him." In addition to Paul actively coaching football, he was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens. He will be greatly missed.
Paul was preceded in death by his grandparents, David Daniel and Sylvia Josephine Melhado-Allen, Paul William, Jr. and Bernice Hardy, and uncle, James Hardy.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory: children, Zephora Kai Hardy, Braylon Paul Hardy and Alphonso Joseph Williams, Jr.; parents, Paul William Hardy and Denise Joyce Allen; brother, Dontez Hardy; sisters, Rosie, Josie, Paulonda, Remecia, and Bernice Hardy, Timee Saldana, Rontrella Hardy-Green, Lakecia Hardy, and Adrian Flowers; aunts, Donna J. Allen, Diane J. Allen-Bottazzi (Duane) and Delores Hardy; uncles, Dawud Ismail Sulayman (Halima) and Lensy Hardy; cousins, Demetrius (Dee) Brown, Roosevelt (R.T.) Neal, Tonya Campbell, Roxie Campbell-Rahmings, Marcus A. Chang, Jauniki T. Bell, Jaedin C. Francis, Somalia and Sheresa Allen, Tamerah Williams, LaMicheel Johnsons, Jr., and Michael Ted Williams; godmother, Sharon Thompson; god sister, Tonyata Thompson; god niece, Kennedy Green; and dearest, special friend, Aislyn Coney.
