A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Paul Eric 'Hollywood' Haywood of Tampa who passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, funeral services will be held, Saturday, April 9th, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Rev. S. Evan Burrows, pastor officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Paul was a native of Tampa and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. Paul Haywood was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of College Hill Church, where he sang in three different choirs. Paul Haywood was preceded in death by his father, David Haywood, Sr., and his sister, Kay Haywood. Paul leaves to cherish his memory sons, Paul Eric and Lamar; daughter, Kimel; his loving mother, Lula Haywood; sorrowing aunts, Vernita Edwards, Faye Richardson and Mildred Staten, all of Fernandina Beach, FL; uncle, Joe Nathan Haywood and wife, Louise, Folkston, GA; devoted siblings, Mary Bivens, Tampa, FL, David Muhammad and wife, Rasheeda of Union Springs, AL, Jeremiah Haywood, Helen Hawkins, Bettye Shier and husband, Bob, Kenneth Haywood, John Haywood and wife, Sharon, Ray Haywood and wife, Jackie, all of Tampa, FL; other relatives, Cassie, Robyn, Kimberly, Kari and Lillian, Wallace, Reggie and Norman of the McDonald family; special friends, John Belluccia, Randall Millerner, Jimmy, Geraldine Askew, Ruby Powell, Dolly Greyson and Rachel King; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. The visitation will be held on Friday, April 8th at First Baptist Church of College Hill Church from 5 to 7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church for the service on Saturday.
