Mr. Paul Antonio Johnson was a native of Tampa, Florida, and a resident for 63 years. He attended Hillsborough County local schools, graduating from Hillsborough High School class, of 1976. Paul was a devoted member of New Hope M.B Church, where he served in the adult choir, men choir, and as a greeter. He was employed as a HCSO crossing guard supervisor, with Hillsborough County city of Tampa Public Works Department and Miami Dade Waste Management department.

He was preceeded in death by his son, Paul Brown-Johnson; mother, Lula Johnson; father, Henry R. Baker; grandparents, Bennie and Lessie Johnson; and his sister, Pamela Johnson.

He leaves to cherish behind his loving memories of his devoted wife, Carol Johnson; brothers, Henry R. Baker III; (Alicia), Shelton Danzy, and Reginald Johnson, sisters, Viceola Johnson, Valerie Johnson, Sharon Hernandez, and Pamela Wright (Johnny); stepchildren, Loretta, Shelly, April, Robin, and Rhoshunda; 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; uncles and aunts, Bennie L Johnson Jr., Freddie L. Johnson, Ann Johnson, Nancy Fitzpatrick, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
