Obituary

Mr. Paul Ian Robinson was born on August 27, 1968 to Urcella and Lionel Robinson in Kingston, Jamaica. Paul grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. and then his family moved to Hempstead, Long Island where he completed his high school years at Uniondale H.S. He later attended Syracuse University. While there he was introduced to Tammy by his best friend which later became his wife. Paul and Tammy were united in matrimony on June 17, 1990 on the Binghamton Ferry Boat in Edgewater, N. J. They resided in New York City where Paul worked on Wall Street as a Foreign Exchange Trader. Paul and Tammy relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1998. They attended Word of Faith Church under Bishop Dale C. Bronner. Paul and Tammy remained in Atlanta, Ga. Until they were moved by the holy spirit to relocate to Tampa, Florida. In Tampa, he attended Bible-Based Fellowship Church under Pastor Anthony C. White. In church Paul continued to serve and praise God faithfully and was a cheerleader in his section. Paul worked at ISOLVED Technology Company as an Inside Sales Executive. He continued to work from his home until he became terminally ill. He fought and battled with this illness and continued to trust in God in hopes of recovery. Paul received his wings on April 3, 2020 while at home with his wife. He leaves to mourn his parents, Lionel and Urcella; his loving wife, Tammy Robinson; his grandmother, Amy aka Oma; his sister, Sharon Robinson-Clayton (Patrick); his brother, Wayne Robinson (Cathy); his mother-in-law, Gloria Johnson (Donald); his nieces and nephews, Taylor Clayton, Tayvion Clayton, Breanna Robinson, Alana Robinson, Bryce Deane, and Taylor Emile; his goddaughter Madison Davis; his aunts, Dascilda Chisholm Allen, Jackie King; a host of close relatives and friends. When we think of Paul, we rejoice in knowing he served his Father God well He completed his mission to speak the Gospel to all those he encountered. Paul loved touching your heart with the word of God, and he also bought much joy to those who knew his humorous side. We all knew how much he loved his wife and Best friend, Tammy. We know how much they traveled the world and enjoyed themselves for their entire 29 years of marriage. We know he lived a Blessed Life and he is enjoying his wings. My husband Paul was a faith filled person. He showed me a better version of myself and how to become a better person. Paul made our lives joyful and exciting. We traveled, laughed, loved on one another, served the lord, and cried together. He was my everything, my best friend. I will see him one day to join him in that beautiful place he told me about on his last day with me.
