Paul, affectionately nicknamed, "Poppa", was born on April 20, 1949, in Tampa, Florida, to Amos Lewis and Inez White.Paul enjoyed sitting on the porch, smoking his cigarettes, drinking his coffee, and waving at his neighbors. He also enjoyed riding the city bus.

He leaves precious memories with his son, Paul C. Williams, Jr; step-daughter, Nicole Williams; grandchildren, Antron, Gianna, Paul III, Marquis, Pauquisha, Paulonta, Montae, and Latjhia Williams; great-grandchildren, Paul, Amiyah, Anaya, Marquis, Demaria, and Trayvon Williams; sister, Evelyn Williams; niece, Beatrice Williams; nephews, Arizona Jenkins III, Eustace Cameron, Jose Lemus, and George E. Shaw; great-nieces and nephews, Mackelle Burnett, Makayla Hammond, Carneshia, Jose, Jr., Candance, Zanae, Destiny, Muff, Xzavier, Eustace Cameron, Adrian, Eric Shaw, Matesha, Rashad, and Christopher; family friend, Elizabeth Baker and the Baker sisters; caregivers, Pamela Brown and Jueston Perez; and a host of other loving relatives, nieces, cousins, and friends.

He will be missed by his family and friends.
