Obituary

Homegoing services for Mrs. Pearlie Mae Anglin of 3624 E. Henry Ave., who passed away August 16, 2009, will be held on Saturay, August 29th, 11:00 a.m. at Heaven Destiny Church, 4104 E. Ellicott St., Rev. Alston, officiating. Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Pearlie Mae Anglin was born October 11, 1924 in Lakeland, Georgia and was a longtime resident of Tampa. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing, yard sales and talking on the phone. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Rosa Lee Epps sister, Johnnie Mae Ryan and brothers, Early and Sammi L. Epps. She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Calvin Mitchell; children, Earlene Dorsey and husband, Donald, Isaiah Adkins, Deborah Terrell and husband, Sterling, Willie Mae Adkins, Sonia Ross, Latoya Newton, Emma Jean Baxter, Catherine Bobo, Lavana Munn, Andre Newton and Aaron Legree and wife, Jeanette; grandchildren, Victoria, Shaneal, Shanel and Isaac Adkins, Timothy Kilpatrick and wife, Nikita, Sharon Godeau, Shanequa Lee, Jamiesha Matthews, Decel Matthews, Breonna Cowards, Gerlad Kilpatrick and wife, Freddie, Pearl Baxter, Velissia Baxter, Garfield Kilpatrick and wife, Nicky, Ulysee Lee, Anita Griffin and Leon Kilpatrick and wife, Shanki; great grandchildren, Devin Williams, Hyana Moody-Adkins, Issani Moody-Adkins; sister, Martha Lee; and a host of other relatives and friends to include, Tanga Mitchell, Mary Graham, Nina Bay, Rose Sells and Martha. The remains will repose at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church for the service.
