Phyllis Yvonne Bivins, better known as "Ms. Phyllis Bivins" was born on September 20, 1970, in Miami, FL. She later migrated to Tampa, FL a few years after birth. Phyllis dedicated her life to Christ in her adolescent years.

Phyllis attended Buffalo Adult High School. She had a passion for cooking and playing the lottery. Phyllis often placed the needs of others before her own. She was a very loyal and dedicated person. Anytime you called Phyllis was someone you could always count on and depend on. If you called her she came. She would always come for the ones she loved.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Bivins; mother/grandmother Doris Ash; and son, P. Bivins. Phyllis leaves to cherish her fond and loving memories with her mother, Barbara Ash Powell; daughter, Teshara Reese; grandchildren, Amiyiah Higdon and Amarie Fitzpatrick; brothers, Larry Brown and Troy Eubanks; sister, Regina Eubanks; aunts, Bernice Ash Allen, and Valentine Pearson, Nancy Ash, and Leola Ash; uncles, Fred Thomas, Eddie Ash (Marilyn) and Willie Ash; nieces, Aisha Tolliver, Kemi Tolliver, Tarvia Alexander (Myron), Lauren Brown, Catoria Eubanks, Ashley Eubanks, Brittney Eubanks, Tierra Eubanks, and QuaLinda Eubanks; nephews, Derrick Alexander (Angela), Cedrick Alexander, Dijon Brown, Quwan Brown, Jermaine, Troy and Quentin Eubanks; lifetime friend/sister, Bridgett Moore; and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.
