A homegoing celebration for Princess Porsha Justine Symone Mungin 'Pretty Black' of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 will be held Saturday, September 2nd, 2:00 p.m. at Northside M.B. Church, 5706 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610, Rev. Ricardo Robinson pastor, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Porsha was born September 10, 1995 in Tampa, Florida to Devette Gaines Baldwin and Paul Mungin. During her short life with us Porsha touched so many hearts and lives. Porsha had a smile that would brighten any gloomy day. Porsha completed her school years at Lopez Exceptional Center in Seffner, Florida. She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Mungin, Jr.; cousin, Keyanna Coward; maternal grandmother, Lorene Gaines; maternal great grandfather, Willie J. Gaines; cousin, Kimora Ball; great uncle, Horace Gaines, Sr., maternal great grandmother, Juanita J. Gaines and uncle, Tony Green. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her devoted mother and stepfather, Devette Baldwin (L.J.); her father, Paul Mungin; siblings, Jayla, Justin and Paula Mungin, Jayla Norwood and Sincere Jeudy; paternal grandmother, Jackie Green; great aunts, Lashonda Gaines and Emma Griffin; great uncles, Willie Paul, Charlie (Gretchen) and Mitchell Jaudon; aunts, Lisa Gaines (Steven) and Stephanie Mungin; uncles, Dwight Gaines (Shavon), Kenneth Gaines, Joseph Green and Leonard Green; cousins, Steven McCalla, Jr. (Jaunesha), Horace Gaines, Jr. (Chanelle), Nakeeria McCalla (DJ), Danecia Borrow, Demetrius Smith II, Juanita Gaines, Nayanna Callaway, Ravan Watson, Que'Naria Gaines, Dwight Gaines, Asiah and Steven McCalla III, Germaine and Garian Brown III, Dominique Pressley and Malik McCalla; special family and friends, the Bracero, Fletcher, Blount, Watson Holton, Baldwin and Wilson families; Annette Baldwin, Tanyia Worthy, Trinia and Cecilia Mitchell, Jean Watkins, Jessica Robinson and Mary Daniels; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, September 1st from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
