Preston J. Stephens was born on August 3, 1948, to the late Joseph and Lucy Stephens. He attended elementary and high school in Tampa, FL. He was preceded in death by, father, Joseph Stephens; mother, Lucy Stephens; siblings, Charles Stephens, Joann Burch, Sam Mitchell, Jr., and Gwendolyn Beam. He is survived by: daughter, Tracey Stephens; sister, Patricia Stephens; grandchildren, Terrell, Termaine, Edward Jr., and Joseph, Jr., a host of nieces and nephews; special friend, Ceselia Brown.
