Princess Jalaysia Ariel Capers, affectionately known as "Baby", was born on August 27, 2018, in Brunswick, GA, to Brandon Capers and Jessica Williams. Jalaysia brought joy and light to everyone around her. She loved to dance and sing, filling every room with laughter and music. Her imagination illuminated when she played with her dolls and dressed up in her favorite outfits, always ready to make others smile. She enjoyed playing games, cooking delicious meals, and sharing time with family and friends over good food. Jalaysia loved swimming and had a special place in her heart for animals.
She was preceded in death by her father, Brandon Capers; and grandmother, Aldrena Hall-Johnson.
She leaves cherished and fond memories to her mother, Jessica Williams (Patrick Thomas); siblings, Janeiya Williams and Shakayla Pearman; grandmothers, Gwendolyn Washington and Cheryl Jennings; papa, Fredrick Washington; aunts, Tay Body, Xala Williams, and Jaliyah Williams; aunts, Twani Young, Whitney Jennings, Cheree Murphy, Chavon "Scooby" Jennings, Shalease Brandon, and Alexis Tabor; uncles, Nate Morrison, Evan Jennings, Jonathan Hart, Fredrick Brown, Johnny Body, and Sedrick Body; cousins, Tae'Veona Lee, Ayanna Williams, Messiah Crockett, Sage Body, Hazel Body, and Ariela Williams; and brother-in-law, Adrian D. Covington; along with a host of other loving relatives.
