Quincey was born on August 3, 1977, in Milledge, GA, to the late T. Ellen Taylor and Wilbert Gordon. Quiency graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1996, where he played football. Quiency was a man whose adventurous spirit and loving nature left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. Quiency's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the joy of adventure. He was a man who found great pleasure in the simplicity of outdoor activities, sharing his passions for fishing, hunting, and firearms safety and instruction with friends, family, and anyone eager to learn. His commitment to spending quality time with his children was evident in the countless cherished memories they created together.
He is survived by his life companion, Jennifer McKie, who stood by his side, sharing in both the laughter and the tears, the adventures, and the quiet moments that stitched the fabric of their lives together. Quiency's legacy of love and laughter will live on through his children, Alana Marie Gordon (Karen Muhleisen), Dominick Patrick Gordon, and Bryce Winn Gordon (Mary Dickins), who will continue to carry his spirit of adventure in their hearts. Quiency was a beloved brother to Patrick Hughes (Amelia), Charlotte Wright (Willie), Terry Green, and Brandi Gordon, each of whom will miss his infectious laughter and unwavering support. His best friend, Acie Gordy, will forever cherish the brotherhood they shared, filled with countless adventures and steadfast camaraderie. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends, and family will miss him dearly.
