A Celebration of Life for Mr. Quincy I. Davis of Tampa, Florida who passed away on November 9, 2021, will be held on Saturday, November 20th, 10:00 a.m. at New Bethel PMB Church, 2914 E. North Bay St, Tampa, Fl 33610. Pastor Reginal T. Webb, officiating. The interment will be held in Orange Hill Cemetery.

Quincy was born April 7, 1951, in Great Lakes, Illinois to Willie Mae and Quincy I. Davis, Sr. He enjoyed dominoes, dancing, cooking, football and being a member of New Bethel (the baddest church on this side of heaven). Quincy was preceded in death by his parents; Louis and Willie Mae Davis; father, Quincy I. Davis, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Willie B. and Marie McDaniels; paternal grandparents, Elizabeth and Zollie Davis, special nephew, David C. Harris. He leaves to cherish his memory, companion, Bernice Merritt; children, Tammy Terrell Davis, Elizabeth Juwell Quinett Duncan (Moyenda), Miegal Bostick (Tami) and Quan Davis (Gregory); grandchildren, Jayla, Janae, Janiyah, Miegal Jr., Indaka and Venus; brother, Louis T. Davis (Toyia); sisters, Diana Harris, Maryann Ford (Alfonzo) and Willeann Davis (Larry); uncles, Norman McDaniels and Elton McDaniels (Bettie); nieces, LaSheantea and Dionne (Ricky); nephews, Jermaine, Darby and Joshua Davis and Louis Oliver; cousins, Mallards, Shermans, Stillings, McDaniels, Williams, Levys, Council and Davis; special cousin, Christopher Mallard (Linda) and friend, Norman McDaniels (Lena). Quincy was a very loving and caring big brother who was always a protector to his brother and sisters. We loved him and he will be missed.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home 2708 E. Martin Luther King Blvd. Friday, November 19th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. The family is asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service at 9:45 a.m. We are following the CDC guidelines.
