A Memorial Celebration for Mr. Rainey L. Graham 'Slim' of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020 will be held Saturday, June 6th, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Rev. Michael Neely, officiating. Rainey L. Graham was born December 15, 1932 in Coldwater, Mississippi to the Rainey and Virgil Graham. Rainey. He enjoyed watching westerns and baseball. He also enjoyed fishing and listening to music on WTMP. He was the son of sharecroppers. He left Coldwater, Mississippi in his early 20's heading to Florida. Rainey L. Graham was an amazing father, staying at the side of his daughter after suffering a tragic accident. He nursed and cared for her though this most difficult journey making sure she was whole again before giving her to a loving husband in 1986 assuring him he would continue his loving care. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rainey and Virgil Graham and brother, J.L. Graham. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his loving daughter, T. Chiffon Law (Calvin C. Jr.) of Richmond, Georgia; grandchildren, Chief Petty Office, Jennifer N. Law (USN) of Dallas, Texas and Ensign Brittani D. Law (USN) of Oak Harbor, Washington; nephews, Jerry Graham (Marilyn Dowl Graham) of Laurel, Mississippi; cousins, Katrina Graham (Chris Moffett) of Richmond Hill, Georgia, Jay Graham (Autumn) of Tampa, Florida, Michael J. Graham (Tina) of Laurel, Mississippi, Victoria Graham of Harrisburg, PA and Christine Graham of Laurel, Mississippi; in-laws, Pat A., Sandra and Tina Law all of Tampa and Darrell E. Law (Christine) of Westminster, Colorado, Helen Burroughs Black of Johns Island, South Carolina, Billy Burroughs of Columbus, Ohio and Lakeshia A. Wynn of Tampa, Florida; special friends, Wilbert Turner and Linda Llta of Tampa, Florida; a host of other relatives and friends; special thanks to Brandon Health and Rehabilitation Center, Tampa General ICU 1J, to Lisa Little and the LifePath Hospice Team.
