A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Rashard C. Parker of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 will be held on Saturday, March 20th, 1:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Bishop Sylvester Robinson, officiating.

Rashard Parker was born on March 7, 1990 in Tampa, Florida to parents Michael W. Scott and Erica D. Jackson-Scott. He attended Hillsborough County Public School System where he attended Armwood High School eventually acquired his High school diploma. He attended Hillsborough Community College. Over the years he was employed at Tampa Electric, his latest employment was a courier for UPS. He was a wrestler and played football at Armwood High School and his favorite pass time was gaming and basketball on Sunday. He was a devoted father of 3 beautiful children, Kyla Parker, Tyre Harmon and Skylar Parker. He was a meek and gentle giant of a man. He was preceded in death by his father, Sabonda Parker; his great grandmother, Ruby Perkins-Campbell; late grandmother, Marcella Parker. He leaves to cherish loving memories with, his loving parents, Michael and Erica Jackson-Scott; children, Kyla Parker, Tyre Harmon and Skylar Parker; his loving grandparents, Donald and Belinda Jackson; his brothers, Jabez Reddick and DaMario Scott; his brother/uncle, Donald Jackson Jr.; his sisters, Charisma Reddick, Taniya Reddick and Shameka Campbell; uncle, James (Mary) Scott, Patrick Scott, Stephen Scott, Frederick McDuffie and Billy (Juliette) Brown; aunts, Yuwanda Parker and Sherica Cobb; cousins, Willie Campbell, Patricia Campbell, Adrian Carter, Nichole Jordan, David Williams, Herbert Mobley, Antione Brown, Donell Jamison, Nene Jackson and Octavia Cannedy; special surrogate aunt, Enriquita Marshall and special soul mate, Diondra West; a host of nieces and nephews and extended family.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, March 19th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
