Rechard, nicknamed "Bubba", was born on October 15, 1980, in Tampa, to Sandra and Robert White. He loved shopping, traveling, fishing, as well as making sure his loved ones were okay. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lillie Mae Washington and Tommie Mae White; uncle, Otis White; and cousin, Emmanuel White. He leaves precious memories with children, Rechard Cooley Jr., Rahkym Cooley, Rakieria Cooley, Zykyng McKenzie, and Felecia Sharpton; grandchildren, Jalaih Henry and Janyia Henry; parents, Sandra and Robert White; brothers, RaySean White (Ray), Robert White (Big Rob), Marquise Mosley (Tubby), and Sherwin Johnson (Cap); a host of aunts and uncles; nieces, Ravesha Cooley, Isabella Cooley, and Marqucia Mosley; nephews, Robert Cooley Jr., Marquis Mosley Jr., Jaquis Mosley Jr., and Zaquis Mosley Jr.; a host of cousins; special friend, Demetrie Sharpton; and girlfriend, Jamina, who was his guardian angel. We all loved him, but God loved him more.
