Regina was born on September 4, 1961, in Tampa, Florida, to Kenneth Harris and Wilhelmenia Johnson. Some of her hobbies included working in her yard, going out with friends, traveling, and exercising.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Harris; stepfather, Caleb Batchelor; brother, Darrell Johnson; grandmother, Bertha Johnson; grandfather, William Johnson; uncle, William Johnson, Jr.; aunts, Joyce Johnson and Earnestine Hilton.

She leaves precious memories with her mother, Wilhelmenia Batchelor; son, Joshua Graham; aunts, Rhudean Perkins and Linda Johnson; uncles, Johnny Johnson and Curtis Johnson; special friends, Nathaniel Graham III and Greg Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
