A graveside service was held for Mr. Robert Lee Jackson, Jr., of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017. In honor of Robert's written wish, the private service was held on Thursday January 4, 2018, 11:30am Hillsboro Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Brandon, Florida. Robert Lee Jackson, Jr., and his twin sister Robin were born on December 17, 1959 to Robert and Pauline Jackson in Tampa, Florida. Robert accepted Christ at an early age. He received his education from the Hillsborough County Public School System. After high school, he proudly served in the United States Army. On December 28, 2017, Robert passed away peacefully in his sleep at home. Robert was a loving son, father, brother and uncle. He had high regards for his parents, and a deep love and respect for his family. Robert enjoyed reading the Bible and other Christian readings. He also enjoyed interior decorating, cooking, and fishing. Robert had a giving spirit. He was passionate about caring for the elderly. He had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his dear parents Robert and Pauline Jackson, sister, Flora Jean Floyd, and niece, Ayesha Harrison. Robert is survived by his adoring family: daughter Tiffany Jackson; siblings, Twanda Roberts (Charles), Shahidah Aquil, Madie Crawford (Henry), Archie Harrison, Jr. (Gail), Mancel Harrison, Yolanda Collins (Roger), Robin Favors (Johnnie), Thomasina Bryant (Willie), Warren Jackson (Elizabeth), Dansenia Gaddie (James); nieces and nephews, Monica Jackson, Phillip Clark Jr., Andre Scott, Yasin Aquil (Yasmine), Ali Aquil (Chiquila), Abdur-Rahman Aquil (Jessica), Zarinah Aquil (Muddasar), Tauheeda Aquil (Mansur), Taqwa Aquil, Mohammad Aquil (Nejat), Siddiq Aquil (Aidah), Idris Thomas, Arthur Shepard (Nicole), Archie Harrison III (Angel), Adriant Harrison, Facunda Watson (Rollin), Ayanna Harrison, Perys Pruitt, Karawn Pruitt (Veronica), Richelle Collins, Tony Wilson, Ebonee Wilson, Jamal Jackson, Antwan Jackson (NaOntae), Shauna Cochran (Julius), Trinee Joseph (Even), Shanelle Jackson, Joshua Newton, Jasmine Gaddie and James Gaddie Jr., and a host of great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephew, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
