Robert Lee Parker Jr. was born July 21, 1962, in Birmingham Alabama. He transitioned on December 18, 2023, at the Veteran Administration residential facility in Tampa Florida. Robert is the son of Annie Lee Jackson and Robert Parker Senior(deceased) He Graduated from A. H. Parker High School in 1980.
He went into the military the same year. He served in the military until receiving a medical retirement. Robert is best known for singing loudly and quoting scripture to everyone he meets. He left no stones unturned when it came to pass on the "Word". We cannot count the number of Bibles he owned or books he read to feed his spirit. He loved the Lord! He worshipped with the First Baptist Church of Progress Village in
Tampa Florida.
Robert is survived by his mother, Annie Jackson, and stepfather, Clemmon Jackson; sister, Arnise Parker Walker; brothers LeDarryle Parker and Alexjandro Parker (Rhonda); nieces Monique Robinson, Kirstan Mohan, Alexandria Walker, Leilanni Parker, Brianna Warren, Celeste Parker, and Cheyenne Parker. He leaves behind two nephews: Kyle Walker and Marquez Parker.
He also leaves his Aunt Mary Smith (William) and Aunt Willa Dean Garrett; Uncle William Howard. He leaves a host of cousins and other relatives. Robert will be missed by the community, church friends, and his veteran friends. He gave to all and asked for nothing in return.
