Mr. Waites was born July 22, 1950 in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Waites enjoyed football and watching the Miami Dolphins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Webb; father, Novarus Waites, Sr. and his sister, Mary Hills.
