He was preceded in death by his spouse, Carolyn Graham, his parents; Joseph and Mary E. Graham; brother, Kenneth L. Graham; sisters, Angele Gude and Gale Graham. Their memories will continue to be honored through the stories Rogers shared and the impact they made on his life. Left to cherish Rogers's memory are his brothers, Willie Graham (Carol) of Tampa, Joseph Graham, Jr. of Tampa, Lester A. Graham (Harriett) of South Carolina, Clifton Graham of Tampa, Jeffrey L.
