Ronald was born on February 20, 1964, in Tampa, Florida to Leroy Sr. and Dolly Richardson. He attended King High School and was employed with the City of Tampa for over 25 years in the Plant Division. His favorite activities and hobbies included playing pool, watching football, and following the local weather. In his spare time, he loved playing the lottery and attending the casino. He was preceded in death by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He leaves to cherish memories with his parents, Leroy Sr. and Dolly Richardson; brothers, Ricky Richardson (Angie), Leroy Richardson Jr., and Jeff Richardson (Marie); sisters, Doris Buchanan (Alex), and Joann Williams (Brian); nieces, Brianna Williams, Brittany Williams, and Nikki Richardson; nephews, Alex Buchanan Jr., Domenick Richardson, Ricky Richardson Jr., Broderick Buchanan Jr., and Mario Buchanan; and a host of aunts uncles, cousins, other relatives, and special friends.
