Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Roni Leon Blackmon "Nuke" of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2015 will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 10:00 a.m. at The Center for Manifestation Church, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, Apostle Mark T. Jones, pastor with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks pastor of St. John Progressive M.B. Church, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Ronnie "Nuke" was a visiting member of St. John Progressive Baptist Church. He enjoyed listening to music, playing video games and riding his motor bike. He will always be remembered for his great humor and generosity. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Juanita Patmon; father, George O' Neal, Sr.; grandparents, Almetta Patmon and Solomon Young; sister, Patricia Dennis and Beth O'Neal; brother, George O' Neal, Jr.; aunts, Calra Pearl Wilson, Jennel Anderson and Annette Strong; uncles, Linwood Patmon, Curtis Anderson and Waymon Strong; niece, Peggy Dozier and cousin, Valarie McCray. He received his education from Hillsborough County Public Schools. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral on Friday, January 8th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
