Jackson was born on June 15, 1959, in Tampa, FL. Ronnie attended public school in Hillsborough County and job corps. He later went on obtaining employment as a truck driver at Robin Lumber Company, where he worked until he retired. Ronnie was a very outspoken, loving family man who loved joking around and making you laugh. Ronnie enjoyed riding his bike around the neighborhood where he grew up and enjoyed hanging out with childhood friends. Ronnie was a man of great faith and a firm believer of The Lord.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Galloway; stepfather, Walter C. Jackson, Sr.; stepdad, Mr. Joe; and brother, Edison D. Few.
