A Private Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Rosa Lee Carr of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020 will be held Friday, July 10th, 1:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Pastor Wallace Bowers, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Rosa Lee Carr was born April 28, 1945 to the late Randolph, Jr. and Elexzennia Haynes. She attended St. James AME Methodist Church of Progress Village. Rosa enjoyed line dancing. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Gary Kilpatrick and mother-in-law, Dorothy Carr. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving and caring husband, Elijah Carr 'Buddy'; children, Regina Burgess (Randolph), Roy Kilpatrick, Steven Carr ((Leondora Parker), Fidel Carr (Janice), Tarvares Carr (Antoinette) and Torrie Carr (Tawana Williams); grandchildren, LaKerria Royal (Bobby Calhoun), Imogin Roque, Jr., Shauntae and Octavia Kilpatrick, Jayden Burgess and Janelle Bass; great-grandchildren, DeMarius, Prince and Royal Caldwell, Ashely, Asia, Aniyah, Arianna, Tierra, Steven and Bryson Carr, Armania Jeremy, Jermaine, Antroys and Anquaria Hunter, Montenelle, Chenell and London Carr; brother, Rev. The visitation will be held Thursday, July 9th at Aikens Funeral Home from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside for the service.
