Roseta affectionately nicknamed "Rose", was born on May 18, 1947, in Liberta Village, Antigua, West Indies, to Simon and Merle George. Her favorite activities were reading, cooking, arts and crafts, and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her sister; Idona Burnette Williams and cousin, Valena George.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: husband, Jerome Browne; children, Jemaine Browne (Dysheema), Jason Browne (Andrea), Jermie Browne (Evansie), Sharon Marshall (Reggie); grandchildren, Olivia Browne, Philip Browne, Lestina Stoutt and Charles Scott, Danielle Green, and Landen Anderson; great grandchildren, Charles Scott III , Darious Pyron, Jr. and Aliyah Hill; brothers, Winston Burnette, Baswin George and Wigley George; sisters, Hilarene George, Melrona Benjamin, Dornamay Adams, Aloma George, and Aarah Ralf.
