Ruby Jackson was born on April 9, 1957, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to James Evans and Theresia Hartell-Evans.

Ruby worked as a clerk in several retail stores prior to her passing. Rubys favorite hobbies included riding motorcycles and traveling. Ruby was a member of the Ruff Ryders of Tampa Bay, LifeStyle Chapter for over 10 years.

Ruby leaves precious memories with her loving and devoted husband, Louis Jackson; mother-in-law, Peggy Jackson; and a host of brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends, and sister-in-law.
