Rudine, nicknamed "Dine" was born November 11, 1959, in Tampa, Florida to Clarence and Elizabeth Williams. She loved singing, knitting, and spending time with her children and loved ones. She was a member of the Tampa Bay Mass Choir, and Florida Mass Choir.

Rudine was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leonard Williams; niece, Jeanette Brown. She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Kimberly Wiggs, Maria Jackson, and Kevin Williams; brothers, Alphonso Campbell, Harvey Green, Clarence Williams, Jr., Carlton Williams, Steven Williams, and Mario Williams; sisters, Clara Williams, and Brenda Greene; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; special friends, Shawn Calhoun, Doe Wade, and Linda Spivey. She will be truly missed.
