A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Rutha Lee Graham of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 will be held on Saturday, November 14th, 10:00 a.m., at The Center of Manifestation Church, 3102 E. Lake Ave, Apostle Mark T. Jones, pastor; Richard Mims, Pastor, New Life Christian Fellowship Church Center, officiating.
Rutha Lee Graham was born on January 28, 1945 in Kingstree, South Carolina to Willie Wilson and Laura Mack. Rutha Lee grew up in Lake City, South Carolina, where she attended Cades High School, class of 1966. Rutha was a star student, band majorette, member of the basketball team, and choir. After graduating high school, Rutha began her most rewarding job when she gave birth to her first born, Gary L. Graham. She later birthed Antonio L. Graham, Katina M. Graham, and Ja'Niece L. Todd. In 1975, Rutha moved to Tampa, Florida. She was a leader, a friend, a Mama. Rutha Lee departed this life surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her partner, Lotha M. Todd; parents; brothers, Willie Fulton, LeRoy Mack Jr., and Nathaniel Mitchell; and sister, Mary Wilson.
Rutha leaves to mourn in her passing her loving children, Gary Graham, Antonio Graham, Katina Graham, and JaNiece Todd; grandchildren, Gary L Graham Jr, David C Larry, Jaisha M Graham, Jasmine D Stallworth, Breanna G Graham, Jalecia R Graham, Ja'Carree T Ponder, MyLexus S Graham, Keion L Ponder, Ashanti L Graham, Kalise L McGill; siblings, Alton Mack (Orlando, FL), Russell Mitchell (Tampa, FL), Barbara Wilson (Tampa, FL), Della Wilson (Virginia), Louise Mack (Tampa, FL), Martha Butler (Tampa, FL), Earnestine Mitchell (Tampa, FL) and Josephine Mitchell (Tampa, FL); 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, November 13th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
