Ms. Sandra J. Stiff was born on November 11, 1971, to the late David Kinney and Linda L. Castillo in Los Angeles, California. Sandra was an avid gamer, and loved collecting coins, shopping and watching football.

She was preceded in death by, father, David Kinney; mother, Linda Castillo; brother, Sammy Masters.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory children, Kenneth M. Green, Victoria S. Kinney, Shalom L. Jones, Danyelle A. Jones and Demario Sleigh (son-in-law); grandchildren, Imani Green, Kiarah Williams, Alexis Williams, Aniyah, Keontae and Jaiden Green, Demario Sleigh, Jr., Kendrick, Kendre and Kendreon Green and De'kari Sleigh; brothers, Eric Warwick, Damon, David, Theodore, Tyler and Steven Kinney; sisters, Jana Martinez and Grace Kinney.
