Homegoing services for Ms.Sharon Denise Wright of Tampa who passed away on Thursay, October 27, 2011. will be held on Saturday November 5th , 2:00p.m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street. Dr. Evan Burrows, officiating. Internment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Ms. Sharon Denise Wright was born to Sara Wright on May 5, 1959 in Waynesboro, GA. The family relocated to Tampa Florida in 1965, where Sharon was educated in the Hillsborough County School System and graduated from Robinson High School, class of 1977. Ms. Wright was baptized at a young age and found comfort and solace in her church home, First Baptist Church of College Hill, where she became a member in 2008.At the time of her parting, Sharon was employed by the International Longshoreman and was voted in as recording secretary. Sharon was steady ion her faith. She was accepting of the Lord's plan; brave and unafraid, she has gone home to eternal life with loved ones who have gone before her including her sister, Theresa Wright; brother ,David Wright ;and stepfather, Johnny Luke. She leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memory, two sons, Artice Pride (Precious) and Darrin Williams (Liz); grandchildren, Articia Pride and Alicia Pride; mother, Sara Wright; brother, Bobby Wright; sisters, Carolyn Wright Terry (Cal), Linda Wright, and Delores Parker all of Tampa,FL; stepbrothers and sisters, Glen Dukes (Patricia) , Michael Luke and Sharon Robinson of Augusta, GA; Gary Brown and Brenda Gregory of Atlanta, Ga; Johnny Robinson,Ricky Robinson, Lonnie Brown and Theresa Bynes (Nelson) of Waynesboro, GA; uncle, Clarence Young of Vero Beach, FL; aunts, Blanche Hadley, Sarah Atkinson, Rose Brooks (Leslie); all of Tampa, and godmother, Florence Bassett Darias; nephews, Johnny Gay (Tenice), Charles Wright, Rico Simmons, Gustavo Wright (Tiffany), David Wright, Jr., Aqkino Wright (Wanda), Rashad Edwards, Willie Mitchell, Jr. and James Huff, Jr., all of Tampa, FL; nieces, Carla Edwards,Gerita Burgess, Satura Wright, Ciesha Solomon, Danielle Wright, Erica and LaRonda, all of Tampa, FL; other relatives and very close and devoted friends, among whom are, Rick (Shiela), Rosalyn (Cookie), Rhonda (Punkin), Cynt, Margo Vee, the Hunters, the Pattersons, the McCrays and central Park Village Family;sister-in-law, Kathy Miller; loving and caring neighbors, and co-workers, Dre, Tall Man, Freeman, Goat, Chicken, Skip, Pop O., Torres, Kendra, Betty Joe, Ramon D., Hard Hitter, Rockmon, Jackie,B.J, Wilcott, Paul, Wilford and the entire ILA Local No. 1402 family.Sharon was loyal and dedicated and she will be forever missed by everyone whose life she touched.
