Randolph
June 11, 1957 – September 24, 2013
Home-going celebration for Mr. Stanley Award Randolph, Sr. who passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2013. The visitation will be held Friday, September 27th from 5 to 8 p.m., Aikens Funeral Home Chapel. Stanley was born June 11, 1957 to Walter Randolph and Minnie Beauford in St. Petersburg, FL. He loved fishing, watching football, collecting coins, spending time on his boat, spending time with his family, watching wrestling and going to flea markets. Stanley loved to give to people, he faithfully attended church, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, dad primarily went to the Tampa flea market. I'll never forget the time he brought this homeless man a blanket and food to eat. It was a particularly cold day in winter. He did this often. Stanley loved to have fun and lived to work. He would often think of new ways to make money and was an entrepreneur. He worked for many years as a pipe-layer at Overstreet pavement. Later in life he became a security officer at Bells Security. Stanley was preceded in death by father, Walter Randolph. He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories with wife, Ellen Randolph; son, Stanley Randolph, Jr.; step-daughter, Desiree Jones Baachi; mother, Minnie Randolph; sisters, Betty (Minnie) Woods and Nat; brothers, Willie, Robert and Walter; close friend and employer, Frank and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Friday for the visitation.
