Steven was a man with a courageous heart, whose passion and gentle nature enriched the lives of everyone around him. Steven was a luminary of creative expression, one who poured soul and life into his rapping and poetry. With the foundation of values and education shaped at Ethylene R. Williams Preparatory School, he carried forth into the world and dedicated himself to the practical craft of a construction laborer.

Steven has been reunited in the grand beyond with those who have preceded him: grandfather, Raymond Holmes; grandmother, Elizabeth Holmes; uncles, Theodore Williams and Ronald Holmes; niece, Xenia S. Milton; and his stepfather, Gregory G. Thompson.

He leaves to cherish his memories: beloved parents, Steven S. Williams, Sr. and Ratonia K.
