Funeral services for Mr. Terrance Tyrone Sashay Lyles (Buddy) who passed away, April 19, 2014, will be held on Saturday April 26, 2014 at 10:00am at 34th Street Church of God, 3000 N. 34th Street, with Pastor Thomas Scott, officiating. Interment will be at Orange Hill Cemetery. Lyles was born on March 26, 19, in Tampa, Florida to two loving parents, Mr. Theo Lyles and Ms. Rhonda M. Taylor, as a young man of profound faith, Buddy found love and friendship every where he traveled. He was loved by so many friends and family. He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandfather, Levi David Smith; grandfather, Theo Lyles Sr. and maternal, great grandmother, Mary Lee Smith; aunt, Mary Lou Smith Coakley and uncles, Arnold Smith, Leon Smith. He leaves to cherish his loving memories with: a devoted father and mother, maternal grandmother, Annette S. Jenkins, grandfather, Peter H. Jenkins; paternal grandmother, Willie Mae Lyles; daughter, Tameyah Lyles; uncles, Hilton Smith (Mary) Pete J. Smith (Diane), Tampa Florida and Marcellus Lyles; aunts, Starr Y. Hall, Annette R. Lyles, Denisha G. (Ronald) Lewis of Plant City, Constance Williams, Jean D. Massey, Denise Taylor, Yolanda Taylor and Sheryl Alford; brothers, Raymond Taylor (Kanesha), Shatik Hinton(Erica), Tre Sims of Washington D.C.; sisters, Sherica Godwin, Lashawnta Milton, Tamisha Sims of Washington D.C.; cousins, Tyrell J. Tucker, Adrian M. Bass, of Washington D.C. Antwane Smith of Washington, D.C, Lorraine Nunn (Warren), Angelina Alexander (Robert) CA, Lynn Smith, Debra Knight, Sheryl Knight Swann (Greg) Miami, Florida, Marcus Williams, Jackie Toy, Kathryn Turner (Alfred) Atlanta, Georgia, Jacqueline Smith, Reginald Knight, William Rolle, James Rolle, Stephanie Brathwaite (Akil), Shedaria Deleaux and Jabria Gamble; and a host of loving nephews and nieces, Dewayne, Bobby, Cameron, Dene'ejia, Ja-Zaria, Rayven and Kimone. He also leaves behind his best friends Christopher Dukes and John Velez (Iesha). The visitation will be held on Friday April 25th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The family will receive guest from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
