Homegoing services for Mrs. Thedis Mae Clark Wilburn of 3220 E. Caracas Street, who passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 11:00 a.m., Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. M .L. King, Jr. Blvd., Bishop Joseph I. Pasco, Sr., officiating. Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Thedis Mae Clark Wilburn was born on April 18, 1954 to the late Mr. and Mrs. John (Alberta Neal) Clark. She attended the public schools of Pinellas County. She met and married Mr. Chester Humphrey and to this union they were the proud parents of 10 children. Thedis attended The University Church of God. She was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Thedis Williams, Princetta Humphrey and Joseph Humprey, 3 brothers, Magglee, Ezekial and Daniel Clark, son-in-law, Broderick Buchanon and sister, Annette Clark. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband, Chester Humphrey; 2 sons, Joe Wilburn and Chester Humphrey, Jr.; 9 daughters, Wendy, Felicia, Elizabeth, Dora, Christina, Angela, Louise, Latecia and Mary Humphrey; 29 grandchildren that she adored, Yulon Humphrey, Shawnetta Williams, Shawn Williams, Erica Humphrey, Eric Watson, Gregory Watson, Eddeisha Morgan, Tomia Dickens, Creandra Montgomery, Lequan Dexion, Javon Freeman, Alejandro House, Jr., Quadre Brown, Chrishard Montgomery, Lauree Shank, Lisa Howard, Terrance Duhart, Christoria Humphrey, Chrisbernay Kandall, Luis Alverz, Santonio Hunt, Tino Hunt, Deltesha Bostick, Theanna Harris, Theyante Humphrey, Broderick Buchanan, Mario Buchanan and Marcus Humphrey; 6 great grandchildren, Yulon, Jr., Yulon Joseph, Laylonnie and Yalainia Humphrey, Zareck Clark and Tomya Jefferson; 2 brothers, John Clark, III (Cheryl) and Oliver Clark (Paula), all of Clearwater; 3 sisters, Patsy Clark of Clearwater, FL, Edis Carey of Tampa and Sympathy Clark (Willie) of Clearwater, FL; other relatives and special friends, Micheal Miller, Deltina Savage, Constance Kelly Kanisha Jones, George Mitchell, William Williams, Juanita (BooBoo), Christopher (Nookie Man), Stephanie Hills, Doris Buchanan, Carol Rogers, Tomika Tolbert, Davetta Hill, Frank Cutter, Laura Waiters, David and Christan Worley, Shawn Williams and N. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 5th, from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
