Mrs. Thelma J. James " Momma Jean" was born on June 29, 1958, to the late Willie J. Robinson, Sr. and Josephine Robinson in Tampa, Florida. Thelma loved spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and the rest of her family. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, watching movies, and watching Bishop TD Jakes. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie J. Robinson, Sr., and Josephine Robinson; sisters, Lucille and Wilhelmina; brothers, Jackie and Maurice; grandson, DRobea Jones, and stepdaughter, Ratanya Hayes.

She leaves to cherish memories: spouse, Leroy James; children, Cadinia McCloud (Sam), Latanya Grooms (Myron) and Tiara Jean-Baptiste (Tavenoh); goddaughter, Sherece; stepdaughters, Twanda, Tiffany,Tyneshia, Twala, and Michelle; grandchildren, Roderick Jones, Trevian Mills, Quentin Hargrove, Devontae McCloud, Sr (Brittany), and Camille Jean-Baptiste; great-grandchildren, DYirra Jones, Devontae McCloud, Jr., Saint McCloud, and Ella McCloud; brothers, Leroy Alford, Jr. and Willie James Robinson, Jr.; god brother, Ted Lindsey, Jr.; sister, Clovis Alford; aunts, Frances Tyson and Amalizzy Solomon; nieces, Earlene Buggs (Holton, Jr.), Sonyette Alford and Evonne McCloud; nephews, Tony Bolden, Antoine McCloud, Maurice Richardson Jr., and Holton Buggs III; cousins, the Richardson's, Valerie McGill (Otis), and Aubrier Shannon; other relatives, the Clethens, Solomons, Toombs and Tyson family, along with a host of other nieces, nephews and extended family.
