Theodore, affectionately nicknamed, "Baby Brother", was born on May 5, 1945, in Lexington, Kentucky, to Theodore Davis, Sr. and Mayme Davis.

He loved traveling. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion and Vietnam Veterans of America.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Davis, Sr. and Mayme Davis.

He leaves precious memories with his son, Tyrone Davis; brother Donald Davis (Johellen); niece, Tamara J. Davis; special cousin, Sharon Cook, and a host of other loving cousins; special friends who cared for him during his illness, Wanda Mundy, Irvin Shipp, and Loretta Fields.
