Thomas was born on August 10, 1963, in Tampa, Florida, to Thomas Washington, Sr. and Hiawatha Washington.

He was interested in attending old car shows, motorcycle riding, listening to music, animal watching, and swinging in his backyard. Thomas loved his family very much.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Washington, Sr.; sister, Glenzie Roberts; and brothers, Ira James Roberts, Wesley Roberts, and Ronald Washington.

He leaves precious memories with his devoted wife, Carla Gant-Washington; children, Thomas Washington III, Carlos Washington, and Zarria Washington; grandchildren, Thomas IV, Maijoir, Torri, Taelyr, Cali, Tiabias, and Tiamia Washington; mother, Hiawatha Washington; sisters, Thomasina Washington-Scott, and Wanda Washington-Jackson; aunts, Kathleen Faison, Noreen Jones, Ernestine Works, and Essie D. Phillips; nieces, Marcia Buie-Brown, Tisha Roberts, Roxanne Parker, Beautyful Copeland, Roshawnda Brown, Dameisha Caesar, Daejah Henderson, Jadaria Roberts, Whitney Gant, and Kearra Gant; nephews, Dwayne Jr. Scott, Jr, Antonio Kindell, Quinnton Ricks, Joshua Scott, JaQuan Glymp, Moses Lucas, Daevon Henderson, Daeon Henderson, Rodrick Brown, Jr., Jordan Rooths, Willie Gant IV; cousin, Jeff Roberts; friends, Willie Thompson, Jr., Tommy Upshaw, Jr., and Marvin Roberts; and a host of other loving cousins and relatives.
