Tiara was born on January 3, 1999, in Tampa, Florida, to William and LaTonya Weems.

She loved taking care of people. That was her job.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Thomas Weems IV.

She leaves precious memories with her mother, LaTonya Tashae Weems; brothers, William Tee Weems, Lamont Sanford King, Jr., and Amari Amante King; sister, Jamala Renee King; grandparents, Leroy Perry, Evelyn Jackson, Walter Holmes, Brenda Thomas, and Alfred Thomas; aunt, Natashia Perry; uncles, Javonnie Perry and Ron Rico Perry; cousins, Jaimeysha Y. Canadiate; and a host of other loving relatives and cousins.
