Timothy, affectionately nicknamed "Tim", was born on August 8, 1968 in Tampa, Florida to David and Emma Jean Patterson. He graduated from Tampa Bay Tech High School in 1986. Timothy worked for many years for Wellcare/Allied Barton until his relocation to Las Vegas.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Jean Patterson; brother, Lamont Patterson; sister, Gwen Patterson; nephew, Kenneth Johnson, Jr.; and his grandparents.

He leaves to cherish precious memories with his queen; his wife of eighteen years, Jennifer Patterson; sons, Andre Clemons (Whitney) and Keondre Fulks (Brianna); daughters, Khaieka Campbell (La Darica), and his beloved princess Khaiisa Joyner; father, David Patterson; mother-in-love, Earnestine "Angie" Copeland (Thomas); godmother, Jessie Mae Parks; sisters, Janice Patterson (Gary), Annette Wilder (James), and Bobbie Foxworth (Darryl). Carolyn Johnson (Kenny), and Alisa Nelson (Terrance); brothers-in-law, David Joyner, Antonio Joyner, Marlo Joyner, and Bobby Lattimore; sisters-in-law, Lawanda Richardson (Ron), Blanca Patterson, Regina Gambrell (Artis), Carla Morning (Darrell), Danderia John (Ryan), and LaDaiza Jolly; uncles, Ernest Thomas and James Patterson (Corine), both of GA; aunts, Ella Mae Holland (Saul) of NY, and Cora Bell Hughes of FL; grandchildren, Andre Clemons III, Tauren Clemons, Dahleya Fulks, Madison Clemons, Brodi Fulks, Avi Fulks, Khaiiko Fulks, and Isla-Mai Fulks; close nephews, Lieutenant Colonel Karl Davis, Jr. (Janie), Ronnie Clark, Jr., James Revear, Jared Speights, Rashaad Fennell, Erik Fennell, Andree Jones, Leonard Boone, James Wilder, Jr., Joshua Allen, and Artis Gambrell III; close nieces, Rassiniqua Fabian, Porsche Robbins (Justin), Lenqwanda Boone, Ciara Cooper, Latoya Clark, Courtney Patterson, Chantel Patterson, Layla Patterson, and Ariela Patterson; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends; and his brothers/friends, William Porter, Fred Porter, Art and Tori Small, Roderick and Berivan Ballard, Nate Coleman, Duany and Angela Dallas, and Ted and Verlisa Washington.
