Tisa Nelson 'Joy' was born on December 1, 1971, in Queens, New York to Denise Bellini. She enjoyed dancing, jewelry making, and was an artist. She was a pharmacy technician

(pharmacist in the making). She was also the beloved and dedicated mother of two.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories: daughters, Jasmin Bell, and Jessica Elzain (Abdalla); mother, Denise Bellini; brother, Christopher Liotti; sister, Denise Nelson; aunt, Gail Viruet;

uncle, Harry Viruet; nieces, Danette Nelson, Danielle Nelson, and Sophie Liotti; nephew, Kaleb Nelson; cousins, Sabrina Viruet and Sarah Viruet; and best friend, Joffrey

Rachell; and a host of other family and friends who will miss her.
