Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Tony A. Clark of Tampa who passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014, will be held on Saturday, November 15th, 11:00 a.m. at Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 3901 N. 37th Street, Rev. Dr. Thomas J. Reed, pastor with Rev. Antonio Hawkins of Exciting Faith Alive M.B. Church, eulogist. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Tony was born April 23, 1959 to the late Tom Clark, Sr. and Josephine Clark- Dye. He accepted Christ as a young man. He attended Hillsborough County schools and was a graduate of Brandon High School, class of 1978. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was a "Big' fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and he enjoyed being around family and friends. Tony worked at Aramark services for 35 years and janitorial services for years. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tom Clark, Jr. and step-daughter, Michelle Wells. He leaves to cherish his memories with his loving wife of 21 years, Hazel Clark; daughter, Tiara Royal (Dominique); step-daughter, Latrice Day; grandchildren, Dominique Royal, Jr. and LeQuisha Day; brother, Joseph Clark (Viola) of Pompano Beach, FL; sister, Betty Jean Peaks (Earrie Fenderson) of Boston, MA; aunt, Lily Mae Estelle (John) of Newark, NJ; nieces, Tracy Sandy and Tara Peaks of Boston, MA and Rosalyn Clark of Pompano Beach, FL; nephews, Jarvis Clark, Travis Clark and Joseph Clark, all of Pompano Beach, FL; brothers-in-law, Ernest Morrer, Sr., Anthony Morrer, Ronnie Brinson, Sr., Louis Brinson (Gynita) and Emmitt Bunkley, Sr. (Yyoni); sister-in-law, Sabrina Wells; godson, Donta Taylor; close friends, Kenneth Holt, Hugh McNeal, Tony Smith and the Aramark services family. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, November 14th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive guest from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
