Tony R.
Frazier, Jr.
August 21, 2001 – May 21, 2025
Tony Rydell Frazier, Jr., was born August 21, 2001 to Tony Frazier Sr., and Sementha Riley in Tampa, Florida. At an early age Tony was baptized and attended The First Missionary Baptist Church of Highland Pines, where he participated in the "Youth Choir" and "Youth Usher Board." He attended Hillsborough County Public Schools. As a young boy Tony discovered his talent with "Wordplay" and eventually turned that talent into rapping. His passion for music allowed him to write all his own lyrics while practically living in the studio his, "Home away from Home." Tony used the stage name (T-Tyme) which was given to him by his cousin Adrian and the rest was history. Tony's music can be heard on YouTube and other social media accounts. (Official T-Tyme). Even while pursuing a career as a music artist, he never forgot his first love "football." Tony started out playing for little league teams, his first team being the "Tampa Bay Lions."
As an adult, Tony also played football for the semi pro league with "The Cougars" and "The Apes." Tony played his last game with them on May 17, 2025, they won and excelled to the Super Bowl. Although Tony was looking forward to participating in the "Super Bowl" game he passed 4 days before that could happen. "The Apes" have since then retired his jersey number "68" in his honor. Tony was a die-hard fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. He also had a passion for food. Oh, how we all knew that, and he found joy cooking in the culinary department of Moffitt Hospital.
Tony was preceded in death by his: great grandmother, Sementha Evans; grandmothers, Essie Riley and Pauline Frazier; uncle, Michael Evans; aunt, Jean Frazier; cousins, Estralita (Pat) Beckwith, Andrea Evans, and Louis Frazier.
