Travis was born on May 15, 2004, in Tampa, FL to Travis Jones, Sr. and Marlene Sealy. Travis was well-known in his community. He was educated in the Hillsborough County Public School System. He graduated from Middleton High School, class of "2021". He loved playing basketball, football, and listening to music. Travis took special pride in taking care of his only child and was an exceptional father. Travis played baseball for Belmont Height Little League.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Katrene Slaughter; great-grandmothers, Rose Jones, and Lou Sealy; great-grandfather, Sam Joes, Sr.; great-great-grandparents, Ezekel and Viola Buchanan, and aunt, Renae.

Travis leaves to cherish memories: his loving son, Kartier Jones; parents, Travis Jones, and Marlene Sealy( Travis Dixon); brothers, Norvis Hesilin, and Jeakwon Collins; sisters, Janilah Grandy, and JaKyla Grandy; grandparents, Purvis Sealy, Sr., and Ophelia Jones; uncles, Ricky Graham, Purvis Sealy ( Theresa), Semmie Sealy, Nathaniel Sealy Sheldon Slaughter ( Destiny), Wilton, Troy, and Henry Jones; aunts, Roxann Cruz, Shelly Dobson, Kelly Morris, Dominique Howard, and Rona Charlton; great aunt, Florence Murphy (Murph); great uncles, Sam Jones, Robert Bradwell, Jr., and Sir James Buchanan; cousins, Marquess (Jeremy), Trentavia, Julie, Bernard, Rickeemia and Rickal, Kyra, Ricky Graham III, Ricky Graham, Jr., Kimora, Semauri, Harold, Ka Moni, Jaihad, Avianna, Donte, and Deon; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
