A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Tressa V. Guy-Simmons of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 will be held on Saturday, September 26th, 2:00 p.m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave., Apostle Mark T. Jones, pastor with Pastor Cleveland Lane, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Tressa Guy was born February 19, 1972 in Tallahassee, Florida. She enjoyed spending time with family and reading. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Edwards and Annie Davis; sister, Valerie Guy; brother, Leroy Chestnut and uncles, Josh, Theodore, Daryl and Gregory Davis of Tallahassee, Florida.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her husband, Brian Simmons; children, Jawon (Treva), Darious (Terrance), Trevincea, Vintreca and Antonio Jr.; grandchildren, Jawon, Jr., Cednyi, JaQuaz, Pharrell, Callie, Cassie, Charm, Rome, Romir and Melody; brother, Benjamin; sisters, Tenderly (Tony), Leslie and Alisa; aunt, Lula; uncles, Thomas, Jr. and Nelson; nieces, Ashley, Lexie, Desmond, Laresha, Antoniya, Jayda, Selatheil, Andrea, Rontesha, Quinkeisha, Shaniece, Ron'Keria, Terri, Tionna and Molly; nephews, Antonio (Bebe), Robert (CeCe), Frederick, Sincerely, JadaKen and Wizdom; great-nieces and nephews, JaZiya, Ma'Leysia, Aubrey, Aniya, Heavenly, Roderick, Robert and Makari; step-daughters, Zi'Niya and Destiny; godchildren, Brenton, Monteria, Cocky and Nakisha and crew; best friends, Simona, Cheryl and Karina; special friends, Toya, Tony and Shareka; host of uncles, aunts and cousins all of Tallahassee and Tampa, Florida; host of friends at Coleman and Tallahassee FCI.

The visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
