Tyrone was born March 04, 1960, to Dorothy Mae Brown and the late Moses Lewis Jr. He attended Jackson High School; loved to play handball with his twin brother J.T. at the park in Queens NY, roller skate, ride his bike, chill out and relaxing at home, play spades, dominos, watching football, basketball, and wrestling on television. T.J. loved to dress and model clothes for years in Manhattan, NY, and worked at the labor pool for many years. T.J. had a big heart and enjoyed helping others. T.J. loved to be around his friends and had many. He also enjoyed acting crazy and joking around.

T.J. was preceded in death by his stepfather Jimmy Brown, uncles Tommy and Joe Ervin. T.J. He leaves to mourn his passing, his mother; brothers, Jerome "J.T." (Edna), Randy Lewis, Harold Lewis, Gerald (Diana) and Terrell Lewis; sister, Valeria Lewis; aunts, Lorette, Anette, and Rebecca Ervin; Thelma, Mildred, and Glenda Lewis; 6 nieces, 3 nephews; and a host of cousins.
