In loving memory of Victoria Julia Bell Covington. Victoria Julia Bell Covington, age 72, passed away on August 22, 2026. Born in Germany to the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel C. Bell Sr., Victoria was the second of five children. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her two brothers, Emanuel Cethus Bell and Samuel Cecil Bell. She graduated from Cardoza High School in Washington, D.C., and served the District of Columbia through her work with the Internal Revenue Office, receiving Employee of the Year honors in 1988. In 1990, she moved to Florida and made her home in Dunedin, Florida, with her beloved husband Alonzo Covington. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Naketa Monique Bell, her husband Alonzo Covington, her sisters Mary Chandler of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Channie Bell of Hephzibah, Florida, along with extended family and dear friends. She will be remembered for her deep love for her husband, a devotion that those close to her saw and cherished. May she rest peacefully
